If you answered 'yes' to either question, then this group coaching cohort is just what you are looking for! ​​ Leveraging The 6 Types of Working Genius model combined with effective coaching practices, this interactive group coaching experience will provide you with the opportunity to understand and dig into your own Working Geniuses and make a plan to maximize your joy at work. This group coaching cohort is intended for anyone who would like to explore and maximize what brings them joy at work. The special introductory course cost ($99+GST) includes a Working Genius assessment and report and three 1-hour group coaching sessions. Participants will come out of the group coaching cohort with an understanding of their own Working Geniuses, how to apply these in the workplace, and a plan to maximize their joy at work.
