Danica is a leadership and professional coach with over 25 years of successful experience leading teams and facilitating growth in the Education field. She has led a variety of complex teams and worked strategically with them to improve performance and cohesion.
Danica specializes in coaching women in leadership roles to help them flourish.
Credentials
Danica holds both a Bachelor and Master of Education from the University of Calgary. Her Master of Education area of specialization was Educational Leadership.
Danica is a certified Professional and Business Coach through the Canada Coach Academy. She has over 150 hours of professional coaching experience.
Danica is a member of the International Coaching Federation of Professional Coaches, the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards. As an ICF Member, she commits to abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.
Danica has completed 36 hours of training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching through CRR Global. This training has equipped her with the tools to coach teams and organizations.
Danica is a Certified Working Genius Facilitator. She has received hands-on training from the Table Group team and been equipped with the tools and resources to help people leverage the Working Genius model with individuals, teams and organizations.
Danica is Dare to Lead trained having successfully completed training through a Certified Dare to Lead (TM) Facilitator.
