I am a leadership and professional coach with over 25 years of successful experience leading teams and facilitating growth in the Education field.  I have led a variety of complex teams and worked strategically with them to improve performance and cohesion.  During my time as an educational leader, I coached many leaders as they navigated the complex situations that come with their roles.

 

As a certified professional coach, I specialize in coaching women in leadership roles (or women who strive to be in leadership roles) to help them flourish.  I understand first-hand what it means to be a woman in a leadership role and the unique opportunities and challenges this can present.
