We will start with a 30-minute discovery session so that you can share your goals for the team coaching process. Following this call you will receive a quote outlining the cost and details for your team coaching package.

Leveraging The 6 Types of Working Genius model combined with effective coaching practices, this interactive group coaching experience will provide you with the opportunity to understand and dig into your own Working Geniuses and make a plan to maximize your joy at work.

Each member of your team will be able to complete The 6 Types of Working Genius Assessment which will help you identify and understand your team members further and reflect on your team's productivity - $40 per assessment.

2 hour facilitated session to introduce the Working Genius model and facilitate the interpretation of individual assessment reports and your team’s map - $750

Follow-up 90-minute sessions available - $500 per additional session:

Team Coaching Packages
The team coaching process tarts with a consultation meeting with the team leader(s) to identify the topic or issue for the coaching sessions. Some examples of team coaching topics include - vision setting, norm setting, conflict resolution, team commitments, etc. As with any of my coaching packages, the design and approach will be customized to meet your unique needs.
