Team Coaching

​Specializing in working with leadership teams to maximize their cohesion, productivity and impact, I will customize a team coaching package for you. We will start with a 30-minute discovery session so that you can share your goals for the team coaching process.  Following this call you will receive a quote outlining the cost and details for your team coaching package.

Team Connection and Productivity Package

Get to know your team members' strengths and understand how you function as a team with this comprehensive and customizable package.

Package details:

  • Each member of your team will be able to complete The 6 Types of Working Genius Assessment which will help you identify and understand your team members further and reflect on your team's productivity - $30 per assessment.

  • 90 minute facilitated session to introduce the Working Genius model and facilitate the interpretation of individual assessment reports and your team’s map - $500

  • Follow-up 90-minute sessions available - $500 per additional session:

    • Applying the Working Genius model during Team Meetings

    • Strategic Planning using the Working Genius Model

    • Leveraging the Working Genius model when hiring new employees

    • Leveraging your team’s geniuses to plan a project​

Team Coaching Packages

The team coaching process tarts with a consultation meeting with the team leader(s) to identify the topic or issue for the coaching sessions. Some examples of team coaching topics include - vision setting, norm setting, conflict resolution, team commitments, etc.  As with any of my coaching packages, the design and approach will be customized to meet your unique needs.

  • Customized process to address the topic or need identified by the team leader(s)

  • Short-term Team Goals

    • ​Three 90-minute team coaching sessions - in person or via Zoom

    • Facilitation processes and tools, supporting resources, and consultation with team leader(s) between sessions.

    • $1500 + GST

  • Long-term Team Goals

    • Six 90-minute team coaching sessions - in person or via Zoom

    • Facilitation processes and tools, supporting resources, and consultation with team leader(s) between sessions.

    • Pre- and post-reflection for participants to gauge progress

    • $3000 + GST
